After more than two decades guiding people and organizations through change inside Fortune 50 companies, I realized the work that lit me up most wasn’t in the boardroom, it was in the moments of transformation. It was watching people reclaim their voice, see new possibilities, and step into the next chapter of their life or leadership with clarity and confidence.

That realization shaped the next evolution of my career:

I founded this practice to support leaders, emerging managers, and individuals navigating pivotal transitions, career shifts, identity changes, organizational restructuring, or deeply personal turning points. My coaching is built on the belief that change is constant, but how we move through it determines everything.

I bring to this work the depth of experience from decades in HR leadership, certifications from the International Coaching Federation (PCC), and advanced training in Integral Coaching and Transitional Intelligence™. My approach integrates proven leadership strategies, mindfulness techniques, and whole-person development because growth isn’t just intellectual, it’s emotional, creative, and deeply human.
