I work with leaders, emerging managers, and individuals navigating transition, whether that’s stepping into a new leadership role, pivoting careers, restructuring an organization, navigating menopause, planning an adult gap year, or redefining identity. My clients are curious, open, and ready to think differently. Location doesn’t matter, all sessions are virtual and I work with clients globally.

We begin with a complimentary Breakthrough Strategy Session (30–45 minutes) to clarify your goals and ensure we’re a good fit.

Most clients start with a 6-session package, with 50-minute sessions scheduled at your pace. Each session includes reflective practices or homework to help you apply insights. We’ll review progress along the way and adjust as needed. -
