Targeted Single Session
A focused 90 minutes to work through what's urgent, whether it's asking for more money, delivering feedback that matters, or preparing for a moment that counts. Pair it with the complimentary session to see if we're a fit.

Corporate Leadership Partnerships
I work with organizations to coach leaders through critical transitions and high-stakes challenges. Engagements are customized by leadership level and complexity—from emerging leaders establishing presence to senior executives preparing for board-level responsibilities and enterprise transformation.
How it works (tiered by level & complexity)
Tier 1 – Emerging Leaders: establishing presence, leading a new team, setting vision/strategy (structured sessions).
Tier 2 – Experienced Leaders: post-reorg alignment, cross-functional dynamics, accelerating through significant transitions.
Tier 3 – Senior Executives: board-level preparation, enterprise transformation, expanded organizational influence (may include between-session access).

Individual clients typically work together over several sessions (the average is around six), but we’ll determine the ideal cadence and duration together. Organizational engagements are scoped based on goals and complexity, and timelines are set collaboratively during the discovery process.

Coaching is a dynamic process, and support doesn’t end after a set number of sessions. We regularly review progress and can extend or adjust our work as your goals evolve. Many clients choose to continue with ongoing coaching or schedule targeted sessions to address new challenges as they arise.
