Daily Flow & Intentions See the full retreat itinerary and how each day supports your transformation

Your Days, Your Way

Mornings: Grounded & Connected Start with intentional movement, yoga, or breathwork, followed by a nourishing breakfast together. This is where community begins.

Midday: Learn, Laugh & Go Deep Guided workshops and panels (like our No-BS Hormone Panel) that give you the knowledge and tools you've been craving. Real talk. Real experts. Real answers.

Afternoons: Yours to Design Lounge by one of three pools. Steam. Nap. Book a massage or join the group for surf lessons or a Todos Santos shopping trip. Or find a quiet nook and simply... be. There's no agenda except rest and whatever your body needs.

Evenings: Gather & Savor Our chef brings locally sourced ingredients to life in meals meant to be lingered over. Add a cocktail (or two, it's all included), share stories, and let the ocean soundtrack carry you into the night

Tidal Release: Guided Sand Meditation

Using large rakes at low tide, we'll create a collective meditation in sand, a living artwork that represents what we're releasing and what we're calling in. You don't need to be an artist. You need to be present. Guided by Sharon BelKnap, each woman will add her intention to the sand, a shared landscape emerges. Then, we witness the ocean reclaim it all, a powerful reminder that letting go creates space for what's next. This is impermanence made beautiful.

Ask the Pros: Hormones, Pelvic Health & Everything In Between

Our menopause-focused medical practitioners are here to answer questions and provide information that AI might get wrong. We will address topics like pelvic floor health, hormonal changes, libido, skin changes, hair loss, vaginal dryness, sex that doesn't hurt, all the things we're told to whisper about? We're saying them out loud. This isn't a lecture; it's a live Q&A where your questions drive the conversation. Walk away with expert guidance, curated product samples (vaginal health, skincare, intimacy essentials), and the confidence to advocate for the care you deserve.

Pause- Reclaim your next chapter.

Line art illustration of a woman holding a cup with headphones, surrounded by text encouraging pausing, preparing, asking, and un-folding, with a logo for Gnftativ Coaching.

Whether you're leading boardrooms or redefining what leadership means in your own life, this moment asks: Who am I becoming?

For some, the pause arrives at the peak, navigating industries not built for us, managing brain fog in critical meetings, proving ourselves as the only one or the oldest in the room. For others, it comes when the roles we've held no longer fit, when someone else's success script stops feeling like ours.

Either way, something's shifting. And you get to decide what's next.

Our retreat host and Navigating Transition Coach Jacquie Reid, will take us through the PAUSE framework (Prepare, Ask, Unfold, Shift, Embody), we will examine who you were, who you're becoming, and what needs to dissolve to make space for what's calling you forward. You're not losing yourself, you're reorganizing. The old structures are making room for something sharper, truer, more aligned with your authority and values.

This isn't about fitting an existing model. It's about building your own. Leadership, identity, success: redefined by you, on your terms.

Pleasure Principles

A woman standing on a beach during sunset, holding a flowing red scarf behind her with the sun setting behind her, creating a silhouette.

When was the last time you asked yourself: What actually brings me pleasure? Not what you're supposed to want. Not what makes you a good partner, parent, or professional. What lights you up?

Led by our pleasure coach, this workshop helps you reconnect with the full spectrum of pleasure, from the simple (a solo morning walk, saying no without guilt) to the sensual. If you've spent decades tending to everyone else's needs, pleasure can feel like an indulgence. It's not. It's essential. And reclaiming it is an act of self-care and agency.

Using her signature Triangle of Pleasure framework, Coach Tosh Patterson guides you through identifying what brings you joy, where you've abandoned it, and how to create intentional space for it again. Because here's the truth: if you can't access everyday pleasure, tapping into sexual pleasure and embodiment becomes that much harder.
