Tosh Patterson
I’m Tosh, a life and pleasure coach who helps high-achieving women break free from exhaustion, release shame, and reconnect with their bodies, so they can finally experience pleasure on their terms.
But before I became a pleasure educator, I was the high-achieving woman who had it all together on paper. For years, I had the life society told me I should want, including the degrees, the six-figure career, the promotions, and the professional accolades. But beneath the surface…
I was exhausted. Disconnected. Pouring into everyone but myself. Then, one night, as I lay in the afterglow of incredible sex, a question hit me like a freight train: "Why does he know my body better than I do?"
That moment changed everything.
For years, I performed achievement flawlessly, yet I had never claimed my own joy, my own body, or my right to feel deeply, deliciously alive. So, I chose a different path…one where pleasure was a way of being.
Now, I teach busy, high-achieving women how to break free from exhaustion, release shame, and reconnect with their bodies in ways they never thought possible. Because pleasure isn’t something that happens to you. It’s a skill. And just like any skill, it can be cultivated, expanded, and mastered.
I integrate science-backed, body-centered, pleasure-focused healing modalities to help women reclaim their sensuality, release stress, and step fully into their pleasure. As a:
Certified Erotic Blueprint Coach, I’ll help you decode your own unique pleasure language using the same powerful system showcased on Sex, Love, & Goop. Because understanding your desires is the key to unlocking deep, embodied satisfaction.
Certified Yoga Nidra & Hot Yoga Instructor, I’ll integrate embodiment practices that deepen the connection between breath, movement, and sensuality because your pleasure begins long before the bedroom.
But more than certifications, I bring lived experience. I’ve walked this path. And now, I guide women like you back home to themselves. Because your pleasure isn’t a luxury. It’s your birthright.
